Built around a former Buddhist monk’s meditation cave, the resort combines Eastern wisdom with Western diagnostic medicine — naturopathy, traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, hydrotherapy, mindfulness — delivered by over 50 certified wellness professionals. The Relax & Renew programme is the gentlest entry point: a structured eight-day reset built around bespoke consultations, holistic treatments and the simple discipline of slow days.

Arrive Koh Samui; Wellness Guardian consultation.
Day 2
Day 2–8
Daily Relax & Renew programme: 06:00 meditation; 07:00 yoga; bespoke consultations and treatments through the day; evening sound bath. Choice of complementary tracks: Detox, Sleep Enhancement or Stress & Burnout Prevention.
Day 3
Closing consultation; departure transfer.
